I granted access to some users on the bstage tenant, but some were unable to enroll.
After deleting several test accounts that had MFA enabled, the blocked user was finally able to enroll.
Is there a limit on the number of MFA accounts per tenant? Currently, 4 users have already enrolled devices.
How can we resolve this issue?
