Community Guidelines

This community is a collaborative space designed to: get answers from peers and Memority experts, share best practices around identity and access management, discover how others use the Memority platform Connect with a growing community of IAM professionals

1. Find your way around

  • Browse the categories or use the search bar before posting. Your question may already have an answer.

  • Create one post per topic. Avoid mixing unrelated questions.

  • Add tags to help others find your post (e.g., SSO, API, AccessPolicy).

  • Pick the category that best matches your topic.

  • When you get the answer you need, mark it as the solution to help the next person.

💡 Tip: A clear title and a few details (context, goal, what you tried) get you faster, better answers.

2. Ask and answer effectively

  • Describe your context: Memority offer, what you want to achieve, what you've already tried.

  • Add screenshots, short code snippets, or links to the MY-Docs when relevant.

  • Use formatting (bullet points, code blocks) for readability.

  • When answering, explain what worked and why, not only the solution.

💡 Tip: For screenshots, blur or hide any sensitive information before posting.

3. Respect and constructive exchanges

  • Be respectful, inclusive, and professional.

  • Stay on topic and keep contributions constructive.

  • Disagreements are welcome when they are argued and courteous.

  • Do not post advertising or unsolicited commercial messages.

Inappropriate content may be edited or removed by moderators.

4. Protect your data and your organization

This community is public: everything you post can be read by anyone.

  • Never share credentials, API keys, tokens, or personal data.

  • Anonymize logs, screenshots, and configuration files before posting.
