In Memority, the workflow for role operations (assignment, modification, revocation) is defined in the Role Request Policy, which specifies who can request the operation and which workflow is triggered.

To skip the workflow on role removal:

Open the Role Request Policy for the role.
Go to Workflow Strategies and locate the workflow for role revocation.
Remove the workflow trigger or set it to null if it is a ScriptRoleWorkflowStrategyType
