Issue with identity-common-security feature

I'm facing an issue with the identity-common-security feature.

For one specific identity type, it generates a 4-char password instead of 8. This happens only in Prod, even though the configs are identical to Pre-prod.

I've already checked:

  • The Password Policy (standard across types, except for the scope).

  • The password change widget (no specific config).

Any ideas on where I should look?

This is the default behavior when an identity doesn't match any password policy. As seen together, the password policy for this identity was disabled.
