Managing Memority reference fields when creating an identity from ServiceNow

We have a client who creates identities in Memority from ServiceNow using a script they manage. During these creations, they also send certain information, such as the identity's assigned organization or the responsible party, which are reference fields.

However, for references, it's necessary to search the code and retrieve the Memority ID of the relevant object. But in ServiceNow, the client can only send the code for these elements.

In this context, how can the client correctly populate these reference fields during creation from ServiceNow?
