We would like to save identity of creator of new identity in an attribute "responsable-habilitation" for this identity.

Hello,
In this case, you can use an executionRule to populate the responsable-habilitation attribute by directly leveraging SUBJECT within the creation feature.
Regarding identity tracking throughout its lifecycle, you can use the audit feature, which ensures full traceability.
