How can I change the initials compute in hubs

Hello, I would like to change the compute of the user initials displayed in the hub.

Actually, it's displayed the first letters of the firstName and lastName. However, when it's a hub for organization objects, there is no firstName and lastName so the "picture" remains empty.

Is there a configuration made for ?
