We are currently defining our onboarding process and would like to align it with IAM best practices.
Memority is used to manage user identities and provision passwords to Active Directory. During onboarding, new users receive their workstation physically, and credentials are currently communicated by IT staff or a local referent.
We would like to secure this process and ensure:
A safe transmission of initial credentials
A mandatory password change at first login
Proper password lifecycle governance
What are the recommended best practices in Memority to securely manage first access and password ownership?
