I have configured an export task to retrieve data from the accessRequest collection (custom collection). However, when executing the export task, I encounter the following error in the tenant audit logs :

Hi there,
The error shown in the audit logs indicates that the _id property does not exist. More specifically, this means that the export task is trying to rely on a field that is not available or not exposed in the current collection configuration.
In this situation, the tenant is actually prompting you to define criteria at the collection level. These criteria are required so that the export task can correctly identify and filter the objects to be exported.
To resolve this issue, you need to update your collection configuration and explicitly add one or more criteria. Once defined, the export task will be able to execute properly against the collection. Here is an example :
