Check the unicity of a samAccountName in AD that doesn't exist on Memority

Hello,

I'd like to check if a samAccountName generated is unique but I don't have a synchronization between my Active Directory and Memority. Which means that all samAccountName that exists in AD are not in Memority database.

I still want to make a unicity check, is it possible ?
